1. The platform

• DokanAlBayt helps users build a profile and status, and submit and track their own requests. We provide the platform
• we are not a party to any agreement you reach in connection with your use of the app.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use only one account identity unless we allow otherwise. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Profiles and preferences

You must keep your profile, status, and preference information truthful and up to date. Misrepresentation or fake profiles are prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to harass others, post unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the platform, interfere with platform integrity, or use DokanAlBayt for anything other than its intended purpose.

5. Disclaimers

Profiles, preferences, and requests are provided by users. We do not guarantee any particular outcome for a submitted request. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DokanAlBayt is not liable for disputes arising from, or decisions made as a result of, your use of the platform.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or create security or legal risk. You may stop using the app at any time and contact support@grocer.app for account assistance.

8. Changes and contact
